· Functional Training · Boxercise · Nutrition Our energising Functional Fitness and Boxercise classes will have elements of working on the core, cardio, stamina, fitness and flexibility. These sessions will be tailored to suit each client’s abilities and needs. Nutritional advice and nutrition plans are personalised and provided for all needs, whether that is for weight loss, muscle mass building, general tone up or for a healthier well-being.
